Hey there lovelies! I’ve recently decided to do a series on listening apps as well as their good and bad qualities. Music apps are very important. Especially in the world we live in today. Many of us fail to realize that in the past, people couldn’t own music on an app and listen whenever they felt like it. Are these apps worthy? What do they have to offer that others don’t? However, with every music app comes a quality that most apps don’t offer. The first music app I will be discussing in this series is Spotify.

Although many people see that a music app has ads and run away, Spotify is amazing. Not only does this app offer playlists of songs that you’ve listened to repeatedly, they also offer a playlist full of songs you’ve listened to in a certain year! In addition to that, genres of music are separated into categories and users are able to follow their friends playlists if they would like.

Podcasts are also included on the app, which makes spotify even more useful for those who love them. Spotify definitely goes all out for their users! The price isn’t that high to own a premium account either. If you ask me, $10 a month isn’t bad at all. Especially since the app even allows you to download music for times when you don't have access to wifi or internet connection.

Furthermore, in an attempt to gather more than one audience they are interested in helping others. Spotify goes beyond when it comes to partnerships and helps other companies by creating playlists devoted to helping their business. They even do a good job at making sure their artists are satisfied. Not only will you listen to an artist's music on Spotify, you will also see their faces and be able to listen to every song they've been included in. For example, under Chris Brown or Megan Thee Stallion's name will be a radio with all of their songs and features in it.

This is amazing for them because they receive even more recognition from someone who may not have heard all of their music. In addition to the qualities mentioned, the app also provides the artists streams, fans, lyrics, and meaning behind most songs. The app even went as far as including a GIF or video thread of the artist while a user is listening to their song. This would allow the user to see parts of the artist music videos and may even persuade them to go watch them.

In conclusion, if you would like to find a worthy music app and not sure which one to choose, I highly recommend Spotify. It is personally my favorite and has a lot to offer to both listeners and artists. The $10 is definitely worth it. So to answer my own caption, yes Spotify is a great music app and has a lot to offer!
