Hey there lovelies! I’ve recently decided to do a series on listening apps as well as their good and bad qualities. Music apps are very important. Especially in the world we live in today. Many of us fail to realize that in the past, people couldn’t own music on an app and listen whenever they felt like it. Are these apps worthy? What do they have to offer that others don’t? However, with every music app comes a quality that most apps don’t offer. The music app I will be discussing in this blog is Shazam. However, this blog will be brief but hopefully very helpful to those reading.

Shazam allows users to retrieve the name and artist of a song with the click of a button. The app automatically understands the sounds regardless if the music is playing within a store, during a movie, or in the car. Furthermore, the app is supported by Apple Music and users can listen to all of the songs they’ve Shazamed through Apple Music. Popular songs globally and songs that are popular in particular cities or countries are shown as well. Listeners even have the option to play all the songs in a specific playlist at once. However, many don’t use the app with intentions to just listen. Many download the app with intent to catch a song they love playing in a store without having to go on YouTube to search every lyric until they find it. I know I’ve been there before and let’s just say it’s beyond stressful! So yes , I absolutely love Shazam for knowing every song and allowing me to listen to it without a struggle. That concludes my opinion and facts on the music app Shazam and I hope everyone reading has found the app and this blog beyond helpful!
