Hey there lovelies! I’ve recently decided to do a series on listening apps as well as their good and bad qualities. Music apps are very important. Especially in the world we live in today. Many of us fail to realize that in the past, people couldn’t own music on an app and listen whenever they felt like it. Are these apps worthy? What do they have to offer that others don’t? However, with every music app comes a quality that most apps don’t offer. The music app I will be discussing in this blog is Soundcloud.

The significance in this app is the variety of music that is allowed on it. Soundcloud is not only a platform for verified artists, it is a platform for underground artists and artists with not much experience. There are also many artists that cover the songs of other artists on soundcloud. There are many songs that have not been placed on major music apps. If other apps don't have the song, Soundcloud does.

Furthermore, the artists with less experience as well as the others can receive feedback on their music in the comment section. In my opinion that is amazing. How many listening apps do you know that have a comment section besides youtube? Not many! Soundcloud is also an app that requires ads, however they aren't shown as often as they are on other apps. This also allows listeners to listen when on a different screen of their phone. Just as I mentioned in my last blog, Soundcloud is also an app that separates things into categories such as recently played, new releases, and artists you should listen to.

To conclude this blog, i would like to say that I highly recommend this app and it's a great platform for artists that are starting out as well as listeners that don't want to spend money to feel good.
